Tuesday, October 13, 2020: Two WBC MuayThai title fights are set to take place on week’s MuayThai Grand Prix Australia show in Perth, which takes place at the city’s Curtin Stadium on Saturday the 17th of October.

The vacant WBC MuayThai Western Australia super-lightweight title will be on the line when Leo Nguyen from The Pit gym faces off against Tim Mitchell from Legends gym. Tim will be looking to become a two-weight WBC MuayThai State champion, having captured the welterweight title on one of last year’s MTGP Australia’s events.

Megan Berberick from Riddlers Gym will battle with Shannon Peek from Bailey Fight Team for the vacant WBC MuayThai Western Australia State featherweight championship strap in a fascinating matchup of two rising stars on the Western Australia fight circuit.

On behalf of WBC MuayThai President, Pol. General Kovid Bhakdibhumi, and the entire team at the WBC MuayThai, we wish all four protagonists the best of luck for their upcoming championship fights.
