It was a night of shining glory for Luxembourg fighter Prince Junior, and for French fighter Akram Hamidi, as they both claimed coveted WBC MuayThai International titles on the Kings of MuayThai event in Luxembourg.

Prince defeated Spainish combatant Victor Conesa for the vacant WBC MuayThai International super-Lightweight title, winning the contest via a majority points decision.

The fight was a close fought encounter with both boxers pushing each other to the limit over five action-packers rounds. It was to be Prince Juniors night as he got the nod from two of the ringside judges.

Akram sealed his victory over Portuguese fighter Frederico Cordeiro via a unanimous points decision. Akram came out all guns blazing and never allowed Cordeiro to get going as he became the new WBC MuayThai International bantamweight champion.

On behalf of WBC MuayThai President, Pol. General Kovid Bhakdibhumi, and the entire team at the WBC MuayThai, we would like to congratulate both fighters on their night of acclaimed WBC glory.
