WBC World Super Cruiserweight champion, Steve McKinnon (Australia) blitzed his latest challenger Eduardo Maiorino (Brazil) with a stunning TKO stoppage 2mins 33 seconds into the first round at the Sydney?s Luna Park Complex.

The world championship was sanctioned by the NSW Combat Sports Authority and the WBC MUAYTHAI.

Champion McKinnon sported an imposing presence and demonstrated superior class from the opening bell. On six occasions the challenger found himself on the canvas, courtesy of McKinnon?s knock down kicks, elbows and punches. Referee Sarhan wisely stopped the fight after a flurry of punches to the head by McKinnon culminated in final flooring.

The event by ?Invincible Promotions Sydney Australia? lead by promoter Reinhardt Badato was professional and pleasing attracting a rapt crowd of 3,000 well-behaved fans.

The Aussie WBC champ looks to be in his career best condition and now ventures to China for his next contest.
