Thailand's Kaoklai Kaennorsing will fight for the first time in the USA on 14 March. The two-time Rajadmnern Stadium Champion will contest an historic championship for the WBC MUAYTHAI light heavyweight title against Japan's top contender Magnum Sakai.

On the same card Thai superstar Saenchai Sor Kingstar - the current Lumpinee Champion who has won titles in three different weight divisions and one of the best pound for pound fighter in the world - will be fighting top Japanese contender Tetsuya Yamato .

The event will honor and celebrate the first Muaythai Day in America being being staged by Stand Up Promotions in El Monte, CA at the El Monte Expo Center.

City official Earl Thomas and the Thai Consulate General will be presenting the world championship belts. In addition, there will be two title fights for the MTAA as well as six other amateur bouts.
