WBC MUAYTHAI new year of championship events will feature three world titles to be held in Europe and the United States over the next three months.

First to be staged this Sunday is the vacant WBC Super Welterweight Championship to be held in the city of Tours, France on 31 January between Kem Sitsongpeenong (Thailand) and Ali Abrayem (Belgium).

The former Super Welterweight champion Yodsaenklai Fairtex has moved up to the Middleweight Division.

The world Cruiserweight World Title (86 kg) will be fought between defending champion Frederique Bellonie (France) and Ivan Stanic (Croatia) in the city of Opatija, Croatia, on 12 February.

And the World Muaythai Light Heavyweight World Championship will be contested between Kaoklai Kaennorasing (Thailand) and Magnum Sakai (Japan) on 14 March in Los Angeles, USA.
