Oley Sakonpetch Wins Aussie National Title.

Western Australia's Thai resident Oley Sakonpetch took out the WBC National Lightweight Title against Phillip 'Flip' Street in Perth on August 22.

Fighting on Battle Collossal 7 the skillful Thai ringsman kept the dynamic Street away from a winning score.

Promoter Phon Martdee said the crowd enjoyed every round with the locals chanting 'Oley' during the main event.

Trained by Australia's outstanding Muaythai Thai champion John Wayne Parr, Queenslander Flip went all the way to keep in the contest to lose on the judges cards.
WBC Muaythai appointed Brade Vocale from Brisbaine for referee this historic fight .
